At Think & Act differently e.V., transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship are among our core values. We are guided by the principles of the Transparent Civil Society Initiative (Initiative Transparente Zivilgesellschaft) and voluntarily make the following information publicly available. By doing so, we aim to demonstrate clearly how our Association operates, which objectives we pursue, and how every contribution can create meaningful and lasting impact.

3. Non-profit status
Think & Act differently e.V. is officially recognized as a charitable organization by the German tax authorities. The Association exclusively and directly pursues charitable purposes within the meaning of Sections 51 et seq. of the German Fiscal Code (Abgabenordnung). As a recognized non-profit organization, we are authorized to issue official donation receipts for donations and membership contributions. Our charitable status confirms that all activities exclusively serve the public benefit and are not directed toward private economic interests. All financial resources are used solely in accordance with our Articles of Association and applicable German charitable law. The current tax exemption notice was issued by the responsible tax office and is reviewed periodically in accordance with German law.

6. Organisational structure
Think & Act differently e.V. currently operates with a lean volunteer-based organizational structure.
The Association's activities are primarily carried out by dedicated volunteers and members.
The Association currently has no paid employees.
7. Sources of funding
The Association is financed primarily through:
Voluntary donations
Project-based financial support
Grants
Voluntary membership contributions
We deliberately maintain a lean organizational structure to ensure that the greatest possible share of our resources is invested directly in our charitable projects.
8. Use of funds
Our financial resources are primarily used to support:
Educational projects
Social assistance
Infrastructure development
Project coordination
Public awareness and communication
Essential administrative expenses
Our objective is to keep administrative costs as low as possible while maximizing the proportion of resources invested directly in our projects.
9. Legal relationships with other organizations
The Association currently has no legal corporate affiliations with other organizations.
10. Major Institutional Donors
Should any legal entity contribute more than 10% of the Association's annual budget, this information will be disclosed in accordance with our transparency principles.
At present, no such contributions exist.
